Refund Policy

1. 15% Growth Guarantee

If VyapaarGrowth fails to deliver a minimum 15% improvement in the agreed-upon KPIs within the contract period, the client is entitled to a full refund of the most recent month's service fee or equivalent service credits for the following month.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a refund: (a) the client must have provided all requested assets and access within agreed timelines, (b) the client must not have made material changes to their own website or campaigns that contradict our strategy, and (c) the contract period must have elapsed in full.

3. How to Request

Email azam.u@live.in with your client ID and a brief description. We will review within 7 business days and process eligible refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Setup fees, third-party ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads), domain registrations, and hosting fees paid to external providers are non-refundable as these are consumed upon activation.
