At VyapaarGrowth, your privacy is not just a policy -- it is a contractual obligation. We are committed to protecting your data with the same rigour as enterprise cloud providers like Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service & Data Protection Agreement.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide: Name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL, social media handles, and any messages submitted through our forms, chatbot, callback requests, or WhatsApp conversations.
Information collected automatically: Pages visited, device type, browser, IP address, referral source, and session duration via standard analytics. We do not use invasive tracking or fingerprinting technologies.
Payment information: Processed exclusively by Stripe (international) and Razorpay (India), both PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. VyapaarGrowth never stores your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly and exclusively for:
- Delivering the AI-powered growth services you have subscribed to
- Contacting you regarding your enquiry, onboarding, or active campaigns
- Sending growth reports, campaign approvals, and performance analytics
- Processing payments and generating invoices
- Improving our platform to better serve your specific needs
We never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. This commitment is enforceable under our statutory contract.
3. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row-Level Security (RLS) enabled, hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3).
Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel only, with role-based access control (RBAC) and comprehensive audit logging.
4. Third-Party Services
We use GoHighLevel (CRM & communication), Stripe (international payments), Razorpay (domestic payments), Google PageSpeed Insights (website audits), and WhatsApp Business API (client communication). 5. Cookies & Tracking
We use only essential cookies required for website functionality (session management, form state). We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party marketing trackers.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or permanent deletion of your personal data at any time. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, GDPR (for EU/UK clients), and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
